We provide 24-hour dispatching, paid training and unbilled supervision. Upon agreement of service, we provide a certificate of insurance which outlines the one million dollar liability coverage of our policy.

We understand that the success of our company relies on the satisfaction of our customers; that is our number one concern. We also realize that in order to obtain customer satisfaction, our employees must unjoy the job they are asked to perform and be comfortable doing it. The development of our employees is is only second to the satisfaction of our customers.

The Staff

Glenn Erdman, President
glenn
Glenn has been in the protection industry for over 30 years. He served as police officer with the Milwaukee Police Department for 10 years before directing the operations of a private security guard company for 18 years. In 2000, he went into partnership with Diana Kuhrt to open Security Officer Services, Inc. (SOS). In his years on the street with DIstrict 7, he became very familiar with the different areas of Milwaukee. In his 18 years with the secuirty guard company he learned all aspects of what makes a good contract agency. His philosophy is that it lies in customer service, and good customer service is obtained by thorough training of the people providing the service from the security officers on the street, to supervisors, dispatchers and office personnel.
